
Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences provides recognition of non-formal and independent achievements of adults.
Who can apply for the assessment and recognition of non-formal learning achievements?
1. University students and;
2. adults who have already completed higher university education but who do not qualify for at least 3-5 years;
3. adults who for various reasons “dropped out” from university studies and aim to complete them;
4 adults who are currently unemployed and registered or not registered with territorial labour exchanges;
5. adults who do not have higher university education in a field where they work for at least 3-5 years.
The University recognizes and appreciates the competences acquired in a variety of directions:
1. learning achievements at work;
2. learning achievements acquired by raising qualifications;
3. with the participation of various organizations and groups;
4. volunteer work for community-based work;
5. learning achievements acquired independently;
6. studying courses, internships in Lithuania and abroad.
Necessary requirement for candidates is to have at least secondary education.
